- Once an inning has started and the time has expired, you will finish that inning, including the bottom if the home team is behind.
- All games are 7-inning games
- The top 4 teams in each division make the playoffs
- Rosters for all teams must be submitted at the league scheduling meeting on March 2, 2025.
- Mercy Rule is 10 after 5
Umpires:
- Jeffco Level 3 Season will use Rocky Mountain Officials to assign games and secure umpires for each team.
- Umpire costs are $70 per game per umpire or $140 per game for two umpires.
- Each team is responsible for paying the umpires for their home games and assigner fees of $15 per game.
Each team must pay for umpires at the scheduling meeting. Each team will be responsible for paying for both umpires ($140) for ½ of the games. Example: If we play an 18-game schedule, you would pay 9 games x $140 = $1260 for umpires and 9 x $15 = $135 for the assigner fee, for a total of $1395 to RMO on the scheduling day.
Rescheduling Games:
If a game is canceled due to weather, the home team has 72 hours to reschedule it. The reschedules must be confirmed with your home field location, both teams' coaches, the Level 3 Coordinator, and the Head Umpire Assigner. Failure to reschedule a game within 72 hours will result in a forfeit loss for the home team unless the home team's head coach has contacted the Level 3 coordinator for an extension.
Reporting Scores:
All teams must report their scores immediately after their games.
Report your scores via the league website. Our website will send all head coaches an email asking for your score. It will send you an email within 24 hours of the completion of your game. You will be sent a second email within 48 hours if you have not entered your score. If scores are not entered within 48 hours after the completion of a game, then the game will be entered as not played and with no score. Please note: If both coaches enter different scores in the system, standings and scores will not be updated. Please ensure both teams verify the score after the game and enter the same score into the system.
